Behavior Intervention Specialist, Student Affairs
Cristina Puckett is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She began her education at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Park College, where she obtained an Associate of Arts degree in 2016 before transferring into the Social Work program at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2018, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree followed by her Master of Social Work degree in 2019 by way of U of A Little Rock's advanced standing program. Through her academic and professional career, Cristina is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Psi Chi, and Phi Alpha Honor Societies and is an independently licensed social worker in four states. She has worked as a mental health therapist for nearly five years with expertise in many areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, relationship issues, and life transitions. Now, Cristina has returned to ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Park College as a Behavior Intervention Specialist and Social Sciences Instructor, and she provides services to students, faculty, and staff. In her spare time, she involves herself in endeavors within the community and can also be found at local events or renovating her family’s century-old home.
